I Don’t Have To Sing The Blues

I am using the left channel of the track only which does not include Mark Farner’s guitar. Starting at 3:16 I am using both channels which *does* include some guitar. There are cymbal crashes and percussion in the right channel starting at that point that are an essential part of the mix. If you dig drum covers, I highly recommend the channel linked below, Joe really has this stuff down and is a *huge* GFR fan. www.youtube.com

You’ve Got To Hide Your Love Away acoustic guitar lesson

The trick to this song is to keep your pinky on the 1st string (E) throughout the song except for the obvious D chord at the end of the fun bits. The strum rhythm is like a waltz and hence the rambling nature of the song I think. Great song to break the guitar out for after a few pints down the pub.

Hall and Oates, One on One, solo jazz fingerstyle guitar by Jake Reichbart, bonus DVD lesson excerpt

Lesson excerpts from my Hall and Oates “double feature” DVD guitar lesson featuring the songs One on One AND Sara Smile. Over 90 minutes long, I show every move in closeup, check it out! In fact, check out all my dvds: Ordering info – I am running a one person operation, I prepare the dvds one at a time (PAL or NTSC format, depending on the country) and there are no ordering forms. Ordering dvds is done “old school” by contacting me directly at jake.reichbart@gmail.com or through this youtube channel and telling me what you’d like to order. I will then reply with a calculation of the total amount due (dvds plus s&h). Most people prefer Paypal for payment but checks and money orders work too. The dvds cost either 0 or and here is how it works: My dvds are custom made, on the song or topic of your choice (make sure to check out my performances of the tunes below right here on youtube, and feel free to choose anything else). The dvds include closeups and show every single move I make and have references to many other ideas that I use in solo guitar in general. These made to order dvds cost 0 (plus s&h), which, I must say, is not really profitable in itself, as by the time all the recording, editing and packaging/mailing is done, we’re talking more than a whole day’s worth of work, sometimes more. HOWEVER, once a DVD is made, it goes into the “already made” DVD category and then it is available to everyone else for only . I have quite a few such titles made (that
