Here is an acoustic guitar lesson for Let Her Cry by Hootie and the Blowfish from James from the acoustic guitar duo “Handsome Alvin”. Our version uses a Capo on the 1st, the orginal is open. Verse Chords: G; D; Cadd9; G (twice) Verse Struming: D DDU UDDDU (1 2&a a34&a or 1 3 4&; &2 3 4& if you were counting) (although occasionally I use D DDU UDDU in the timing of 1…2..a.e&..e&a) Chorus Chords: C; G; C; Em GD; C; G; D; C; and then back to verse chords. Chorus Strumming: Same as verse except (Em GD) DD *UU *D UDDDU (* is chord change) Please check out our covers at: www.youtube.com/aushandsomealvin or simply click on the video response.
